I’m a Personal trainer and have been working in Chiswick and the West London area for some time. Whilst I am definitely classed as a personal trainer, I like to think that I am more than just someone who knows how to make people lose weight and sweat. I take great pride in building strong relationships with my clients to help guide them towards their goals, whether they be health, fitness or lifestyle related.
Depending on what your goal is, I will tailor a program to suit you. I have had experience and success training many clients for weight loss, muscle gain, strength and conditioning, training for a specific event and rehabilitation. I pride myself on offering a first class, professional service and will always be on hand to offer support and advice.
